I have been doing a lot of walking, jogging and stair climbing (work) lately and the front of my shins are so sore! My weight contributed to this right? I'm a bit overweight for my age. Friends said that I have shin splits. True? They recommend seeing a podiatrist and found one in Forest Hill area at Melbourne podiatry clinic. Any other podiatrists or clinics you can recommend?
